General Policy Guidelines:

1) Every customer is required by TPW to carry a valid saltwater fishing license, if you do not carry one you will be responsible for any fines or fees that may occur.

2) UE does welcome children ages 8 and older. Each child ages 8-16 must be accompanied by one adult to every child.

3) Discounts are given for children, military and police officers. (Please speak with our office personnel regarding these discounts)

4) Walk-Ins are welcome, but space is not guaranteed. All individuals who are paid in full will be checked in first, all walk-ins will then check in according to first come first board.

5) Underwater Expeditions does have the right to move customers from one boat to another depending on availability

6) Weather calls will be made at 3:15 the day before your trip departs. Please call to check the weather if you have not heard from UE.

7) If UE cancels for unforseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions or if the minimum capacity is not met, we will refund in full or reschedule your trip.

8) We do accept all major credit cards as well as money orders, cash and company checks. No personal checks will be accepted.

9) All refunded credit card transactions that are not weather related cancellations made by UE will be charged a 5% fee.

10)Any individual who is paid in full does not show up for a 12 hour trip, there money will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made prior to the trip departure.

11) Bring your own food and drinks.

12) NO GLASS CONTAINERS

13) NO DRUGS, GPS, WEAPONS, OR INTOXICATED CUSTOMERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE BOAT. IF YOU ARE SEEN WITH ANY OF THESE ITEMS OR BECOME UNRULY THE CAPTAIN WILL NOTIFY THE OFFICE AND MAKE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS TO HANDLE TO SITUATION.

14) We do offer filleting service. (.35lb) and (.55lb)

15) Gratuities are not included for the crew and are greatly appreciated.

Policy for the 12 Hour Trip (In addition to General Policy):
1) All 12 hour individuals are required to pay in full at time of reservation to guarantee spot availability on boat.

2) The office opens one hour prior to trip departure

3) Bait and primary fishing tackle are included in the cost of your trip.

4) One ice chest up to 54qt is allowed per person. We do not allow anyone to put fish in their ice chest until you have departed the boat. Our personnel will ice and care for your fish.

5) UE requires a two week cancellation notice sent via e-mail, fax or mail in order to move trip dates or refund in full. If no cancellation notice is received within this time no refund will be issued.

Policy for the Long Range Trips (In addition to General Policy):
1) All long range customers are required to pay a minimal $200.00 deposit at the time of reservation to receive a boarding number. Balance is due 30 days prior to trip departure.

2) The office opens two hours prior to trip departure. Boarding is based on reservation number.

3) UE requires a 30day cancellation notice sent via e-mail, fax or mail in order to move trip dates or refund in full. If no cancellation notice is received within this time no refund will be issued.

4) Bait and primary fishing tackle are included in the cost of your trip. (Only bottom fishing tackle provided) We do have rod and reel rentals; please ask the office for assistance before your trip.

5) Two ice chests up to 54qt is allowed per person, or one 120qt. We do not allow anyone to put fish in their ice chest until you have departed the boat. Our personnel will ice and care for your fish.
